After more than five years leading the Boiling Springs government, Town Manager Tom Hart has formally tendered his resignation. Hart has accepted the City Manager position in Clinton, NC effective December 29, 2017. “Boiling Springs has been an incredible community to live in and serve. I’m proud of the work I have done together with the citizens, Town Council, and staff,” said Hart.
